“The ‘6s Project’ was a project that intended to remove all paper checklists from the manufacturing floor, interlock equipment when tasks weren’t complete, and create a log of items that were completed or delinquent. This project needed to encompass diverse departments, tasks, and frequencies of tasks (time or event based) to improve procedure compliance, operator accountability, and task reporting/logging at CPP. Castor was able to create an ignition interface that was easily customizable to all areas needs as well as a separate interface for operator use on the production floor. This customizability will allow us to continue to use this project long term as internal requirements change. Throughout the process of creating this, Castor was very involved with the team at CPP to ensure that all needs were being met. They also provided consistent and timely support for any troubleshooting once the project was live on the floor. The team at Castor is extremely knowledgeable in Ignition and did a phenomenal job making CPP’s vision come to life.”
