The Full Stack
Enterprise Software.
Meet Plant Floor.

We integrate deeply with MES, ERP, and CMMS platforms to create digital threads spanning production, quality, maintenance, and planning. Our work connects the raw signals from machines with the enterprise systems that drive decisions, giving operators and managers real-time access to data and analytics across the entire operation.
We’re a Top 100 Ignition Integrator
Ignition as a Core Integration Platform
Much of our integration and MES work is built around Ignition by Inductive Automation. Over the years, it has become one of the most practical platforms we’ve found for connecting plant-floor systems, industrial devices, databases, and enterprise applications without forcing everything into a rigid architecture.
We use Ignition across a wide range of projects, from visualization and alarming to MES workflows, reporting, traceability, and multi-site data collection. Its flexibility allows us to tailor systems around the way a manufacturer actually operates rather than trying to fit operations into prebuilt software assumptions. Just as importantly, it integrates well with the broader ecosystem of platforms and technologies manufacturers already use, including PLCs, SCADA systems, MQTT infrastructure, ERP platforms, and cloud services.
While we work with many different software stacks depending on the application, Ignition often serves as the central integration layer because of its scalability, openness, and long-term maintainability. Our Premier Integrator status and recognition as a Top 100 Ignition Integrator for 2025 reflect the volume and complexity of projects we’ve delivered using the platform across manufacturing environments.

Fuuz Integrations
Fuuz® by MFGx:
A Modern Operational Platform
Fuuz by MFGx is a modern, cloud-based industrial operations platform built to connect data, workflows, and systems across the plant floor and the enterprise.
Instead of treating MES, quality, maintenance, and warehouse systems as separate silos, Fuuz uses a shared operational model that keeps production data connected and contextualized in real time. That makes it easier to drive dashboards, analytics, traceability, and business system integrations without relying on fragile point-to-point connections.
What stands out is Fuuz’s event-driven, model-based architecture. Manufacturers can define assets, processes, and rules once, then reuse them across multiple applications without duplicating logic or data. It fits well with modern connected operations strategies built around MQTT, unified namespace architecture, and real-time industrial data systems.
We work across a broad ecosystem of manufacturing platforms, including Plex, FactoryTalk Optix, Datamosaix, Fiix, and Ignition by Inductive Automation and platforms like Fuuz are an exciting option for manufacturers looking for flexible, connected operations systems that can scale over time.

The Future is here
Next-Generation Connectivity
The future of connected operations is already here. We help manufacturers deploy modern integration architectures, including:
- HiveMQ and Cirrus MQTT
are brokers for lightweight, scalable messaging. - Unified Namespace Design
gives consistent, accessible data models across the plant. - MCP integrations
are bridging legacy devices, robotics, and enterprise systems.
These approaches enable real-time interoperability, device-agnostic analytics, and edge-to-enterprise data continuity, keeping plants competitive and adaptable for years to come.
At Castor Engineering, Connected Operations Aren’t Just Software
They’re the foundation for insight, efficiency, and scalable growth. Whether through Optix, Fuuz, Ignition or custom integrated MES and ERP systems, we help manufacturers turn data into action. All while keeping operations reliable, flexible, and future-ready.
